The activity has picked up tremendously and we are excited! Construction is progressing at a fast pace as well. Sheetrock is going up in block D, which is our 1st block of 9 townhomes. As we have reported, the views are STUNNING! You can really get a sense of the flow and design now that the walls are sheet rocked; the units are beautiful! The trim work has started in several units of block D and we are also installing doors. The idea is to have move-in's prior to the close of 2019.
We are also moving swiftly on the framing of block B, which is 6 units. We only have a couple available, which means each townhome sells months before move-in as there is not much lakefront property. Not to mention, our floor plan is engineered to maximize your enjoyment of this view with minimum maintenance and an elevator.
Lastly, we are about to complete our design on building E, which will be our 3rd building and has 7 units. We will fast track the financing with a bank that has already financed this project so we can start construction beginning of the year.
